Guess the Oscar-nominated Actor

The actor in the center of this photo is starring with Jack Black (the blonde guy) and Ben Stiller (on the right).  The film is called “Tropic Thunder.”  You might be surprised to learn who it is and why there’s a bit of controversy over him in this role.
